Dr. Jen has been a passionate ally for as long as she can remember, and after working in the trans health space for years, she saw the need for more flexibility and care options that allow for ease of access. Thus Lotus Health was born!
Membership Plan
Gender Care + PLUS
Monthly - $95/mo
Annual - $1040/year ($87/month, a $100 savings)
Virtual care includes treatment-specific lab & medication management (Feminizing or Masculinizing hormone prescriptions), as well as letters written supporting name and/or gender marker change and letters of medical necessity for gender-affirming surgery.
Unlimited secure messaging through the patient portal
Annual or biannual face to face video visits
Optional telehealth consultations as needed
Gender-affirming hormone monitoring labs at Quest included

Licensing varies from state to state so you must live in one of the following states for me to be able to work with you: AL (Estradiol + only), AZ, GA, ID (Estradiol + only), IL, MI, NV, OH, OR or WA.
Direct patient care (DPC) is NOT insurance and we recommend that you continue to have insurance for hospital care, expensive testing done outside our office, and referrals to specialists.
